Here you can read what information about you is recorded, how long it is kept, and how you can view it or have it deleted. What is not stated here can be found in the privacy statement.
What is recorded
Your chain file contains the answers and documents that you have submitted or confirmed yourself, together with the questionnaires that belong to them. Nothing is recorded that you have not entered or approved yourself.
Who reads the questionnaire
Nobody at our company reads a questionnaire. The system recognizes the questions automatically and links them to your file. We never log in to your customer's portal either.
How it is stored
Your file is kept as long as you are a customer, so that questionnaires that come back later can be completed more quickly. You decide what remains in it.
Download and delete
You can download your complete file at any time. If you request deletion, your file will be deleted. For questions about this, you can contact Point2Create BV.
