What does this cost?
The check is free, even if the result is no: this means that for a question there is no source in your file. The subscription adds to that: all your questionnaires in one file, monitored deadlines with notification by email and sms, and the corresponding documents. Do I need an account?
For the free check you do not need an account. For the subscription, with one file for all your questionnaires, you do: this way your answers and documents stay together.
What happens to my data?
Your data is stored in your own supply chain file and is used to complete questionnaires for you. We do not read the list along and never log in to your customer's portal. You can download or have everything deleted at any time.
Is this advice?
No. We do not explain anything, certify anything or assess anything. We prepare your own answers; whether an answer is correct and sufficient is for you to determine, or whoever usually assesses that for you.
I keep getting the same kind of questionnaires from customers, can this be faster?
Yes, that is what this is for. Once an answer is in your file, with a source, the system uses it again for the next list. You confirm each time whether the answer is still correct.
My customers all use a different portal and format, is that a problem?
No. The questionnaire arrives in the format your customer sends it in, and it goes back out that way too. Only the completion comes from your own file.
What if the system does not find an answer?
Then that answer remains open. No yes is suggested without a source for it. You then see for yourself which question still needs attention, possibly with help from whoever usually arranges that for you.
I am in a hurry, how quickly does this go?
How quickly it goes depends on how many of the questions already have a source in your file. We cannot state a deadline here; it is on the questionnaire from your customer itself, or inquiry with the authority that sent the list.
