Yes, that is possible: different colleagues can be in the same questionnaire at the same time, as long as they do not confirm the same answer at the same time. The system fills in the answers from the supply chain file and displays them per question. A colleague who knows the questions about the sector and company size can confirm those, while another continues at the same time with questions about information security or continuity. This works well, for example, with a list that covers the establishment address of the company as well as the ten measures of Article 21(2) of the NIS2 Directive: one knows that from memory, the other has to check with IT.

What is not possible is for two people to click the same confirmation at exactly the same moment — then the last action processed by the system simply applies. For larger lists, such as an inquiry based on EFRAG's VSME base module with questions about scope 3 emissions, it is therefore more practical to divide the questionnaire among yourselves than to scroll through the same questions together. Who does which section you agree on yourself with your colleague; the system does not impose any restriction on this.

The supply chain file is one central source with answers, not a separate form per employee. Because each question in the list is linked to an answer from that file, and the confirmation per question is recorded separately, multiple colleagues can work through questions independently without overwriting each other's work. This is not a legal rule but the functioning of the platform itself: it is the same logic as with the company's registration number, whereby the answer is fixed and only the confirmation per user is logged. If in doubt about who has given which confirmation, check the history of that specific question in the file.
