How we work

One supply chain file, every questionnaire out of it: from official text to understandable answer

You receive questionnaires from customers, we make sure you don't have to fill them out from scratch every time.

  1. You upload the questionnaire

You receive a questionnaire from a customer: about sustainability, about cybersecurity, or from a bank or insurer. You upload this list, in the format it arrived in. It can be a pdf, an Excel file, or an export from a portal.

  2. The system recognizes the questions

The system reads the questionnaire and identifies which questions it contains. It compares this with the questions you have already answered. This way you don't have to look up the same information every time.

  3. Answers come from your file

Your answers come from one supply chain file: the place where all your previous answers and documents are stored. The system only fills in what already has a source. If there is no source, the answer remains open.

  4. You confirm each answer

For each answer you see yes or no. You check and confirm yourself. We don't fill in anything without you seeing it, and we don't read along with the list.

  5. You submit yourself to the customer

After your confirmation, you submit the questionnaire yourself, to your customer's portal. We never log in to a portal of a third party. Your matter is settled as soon as you have clicked send.

What doesn't change

We don't explain anything, certify anything or assess anything. There is no mark of quality, no score and no approval from us.

What we do is this: put your own answers, from your own file, ready in the format your customer requests. You do the rest yourself, or have it done by whoever usually arranges that for you.

Supplia helps SMEs by making reliable information available. But how do we ensure that information is correct and remains correct? This goes far beyond writing once and calling it done.

At Supplia, we work with a single chain file. This means that every information source we use – for example, a legal regulation, a government guideline, or an official format – is registered centrally. This way we know exactly where a piece of information comes from and can fall back on that source when something changes or is disputed. Writing once generates multiple questionnaires and articles from that same file. This not only saves time; it ensures consistency.

Our editorial team always starts with the official source. We read regulations, circulars and guidelines in full. Next, we rewrite this in clear Dutch, without jargon but also without leaving out anything that matters. We check every statement against the original. Only then are articles published.

But we don't stop after publication. We regularly scan our sources again. Does the law change? Then that is immediately apparent and we can adapt our content. We do this continuously, so you always work with current information.

This system only works if we take it seriously. That is why we have chosen a single chain file: transparency and traceability. You can always see which source stands behind information. And for us this applies: nothing published without that link. That makes Supplia reliable and gives SMEs certainty in their business.
